Determined to convince him not to give up on life, Dylan enlists the aid of his feisty old university tutor Zsa Zsa Harper-Jenkinson - an eminent brain surgeon in the US - to assess Glen's case. She reveals that pioneering surgery could save Glen, but the risks are high. However, with Dylan's help, Glen realises the birth of his daughter has given him a new purpose in life and a fresh dream to chase.
